1, X, 2 are your primary and most common bets. 1 stands for Home team. X is a draw. 2 represents the away team (or player, when it comes to individual sports, in this case you only have 1 or 2).
So when someone says 1 @ 2.15, this means he is betting on the home team and the odds are 2.15. So if you bet $10 you will get $21.50 earning you a profit margin of $11.50

Combination of the three :

1X Bet wins if either the home side wins or game ends in a draw. (Odds are usually lower than the individual 1 or X)

X2 Bet wins if the game ends in a draw or the away side has won. (Odds are usually lower than the individual 2 or X)

12 Bet wins if either the home side wins or away side wins. (Odds are usually lower than the individual 1 or 2)

1-1, 1-X, 1-2 This is a Half time - Full time prediction (HT/FT). This states that we are betting on the final outcome of the first half and then the full game ie. 90minutes. In all three of the given examples here, we are saying that the home team will win the first half and then they will win the game (1-1), game will end in a draw (1-X), game will be won by the away team (1-2). [Odds on HT/FT bets are much higher than the individual 1, X or 2 bets]
